Here’s Paul Harris and Ches Perry on “Avenues of Service” and the importance of “Vocations.”
differ in many respects - in two respects they are in perfect accord.
First they believe that all nations are respectable and desire to be honorable in their dealings with other
nations. That it is the privilege of all men to worship God according to the dictates of their own conscience.
In other words Rotary stands for TOLERANCE. Second they believe, that all honorable vocations are entitled to recognition if
they are used in the service of society. With these
signs of agreement firmly established, disagreement is almost unknown.”

Due to some technical challenges during our last online meeting, we have posted the following guidelines below to our website under the ABOUT E-CLUB tab. It is important that all members of E-Club read these guidelines carefully for future online participation. If we all take the time to assess our equipment and test our settings once we have logged into a meeting, it will ensure minimal disturbances. We will also take the time to do some basic training on the GoToTraining/Citrix tool at our next Club Assembly. Please direct any questions or concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org
The Rotary E-Club of SOWNY utilizes Citrix online tools; namely GoToTraining (GTT) and GoToMeeting (GTM). The GoToTraining tool is used for all Board Meetings, Club Assemblies and Regular Meetings when we host guest speakers and presentations.
We open our online meetings and stellar presentations to visiting Rotarians and guests outside of Rotary. If you would like to learn about our club, click on ALL ABOUT ROTARY and ALL ABOUT E-CLUB from our Home Page. Register for a presentation and meet us online! If you are interested in joining this E-Club, simply find our Membership Application online (Click on All About E-Club to download the application) and email your completed form to us. If you have questions, you can reach us at email@example.com
Our motto in Rotary is SERVICE ABOVE SELF. Members of our E-Club live or work or have some affiliation with our District 7090 encompassing Southern Ontario, Canada and Western New York, US, or are referred by a member of our club. We meet online on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Thursday evenings of each month at 7PM - 8PM. Plus we attend a traditional Rotary meeting once a month in our local area. It's fun, it's simple, it's cost effective and it takes up less time to belong to a Rotary E-Club. If this model is for you, we'd love to hear from you!
